You know you're a hopeless nerd when you get on a wooden walkway behind an elevated stone wall belonging to an old building (in this case, Cove Fort), and all you can think of is the French knights from Monty Python.
Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!

It only would have been better if you'd used an outrrrrageous accent. And hey, there are worse insults you could have said to the hapless Cove Fort visitors below.
You're brave. I now refuse to stop at Cove Fort because of the predatory missionaries. They practically come out to your car and knock on the windows. When we would take rest stops there on family vacations, I would run to the bathroom and back to the car, and then keep my nose in a book and not make eye contact with anyone.
I just need a LIKE button here. ;)
"I'm French! Why do you think I have this outrageous accent you silly King?"
But my favorite of all time, because of its simplicity is: ".. they were forced to eat Robin's minstrel, and there was much rejoicing."
Almost makes me wish I knew what Cove Fort is. Or where.
