How to Really Annoy an Editor

I saw this message as I was driving to my mom's house last week:
Apparently, when school's out for summer, apostrophes are optional. And judging by this next sign, which is outside my neighborhood elementary school, you also don't have to worry about silly things like word order:
Really? I think I'm pretty forgiving when it comes to grammar and spelling in things like text messages and Facebook posts (not with myself, but with everyone else), but come on, these are signs outside schools. I fear for the future.

Kwality education. I enjoyed the "No Stoping" signs by the Lehi High parking lot for a while. Those finally got fixed, but you might have to enjoy those signs all summer.

I just smacked my forehead with my hand. Bountiful Junior is the same school that had "Evening of Excellance" on their sign. You'd think after I called and pointed out their rather ironic mistake they would check their sign a little more carefully.

OH that is so funny. I know when Dan was in 4th grade his job was to pull the letters for the marquis sign. But an adult put them up. So.... Had it been a 4th grader I can see a mistake. But an adult should still be supervising to make sure their school appears edumacated. LOL
