Say hello to the one and only Christmas decoration in my house:
Yes, that's a tree. Yes, it has nothing on it. Yes, that is exactly what it looks like right now. I'm a little behind in my decorating. That's so unlike me. I love my Christmas stuff! But the day after Thanksgiving I got out my wreath and hung it on my front door—and then I got really busy. Last Friday I got a tree and put it up—and then I got really busy again. And now that it's 12 days before Christmas, I'm kind of wondering what the point of getting out the rest of the decorations would be. I'm the only one who sees them anyway. Maybe this year I'll just have to enjoy the smell of pine and call it good. Or maybe I'll get really motivated later tonight. Yeah, maybe.
