This Year's Ornament

Tonight I found an excellent way to cure the Sunday-night blues, at least for a few hours. I turned on my Christmas music and finally decorated my tree (it's been up for a week). I got all the lights on and pulled out my ornaments—including the ones I've collected from my travels. Then I realized that for the first year since I've had my own Christmas tree, I didn't have a new ornament from some exciting place. Sigh. That's what happens when the only trip lasting longer than two days you've been on all year is to the Zumba convention. Oh, the Zumba convention! I can improvise a new ornament.
And that's how one of my jingle bracelets became my 2012 ornament. I'm rather fond of it.

Love it. I still have the Santa telling stories that I told you could have. I have it in a safe place. It is for you hope you still want it and can pick it up anytime. :)

OH I love it! We just have to think outside the box more often. :) It will likely be one of your favorites for years to come.
